Little Wins, Big Moments & a Delicious Teriyaki Bowl! 🍚

Hey Friend,

Andy, my husband, had his annual in-person live summit for AI (AIEdge) this week—this is the 3rd year doing it and he sold out! He did an amazing job with the help of his awesome team. Charlie and I went to visit for a few hours and it was fun seeing it all come together. Watching Andy in his element, leading something he's so passionate about, always makes me proud.

Meanwhile, Charlie's new favorite pastime is playing with magnatiles. He keeps getting better at it too! What started as simple stacking has turned into full-on building projects—towers, houses, you name it. It's amazing watching his little brain figure out how the pieces fit together. Fun times :)

This teriyaki chicken bowl combines tender chicken with a homemade teriyaki sauce, fresh vegetables, and can be served over white rice, brown rice, wild rice, or even roasted sweet potatoes. It's a delicious, customizable meal that comes together in about 30 minutes.

🍫 Quick Snack/Treat – Fudgy Protein Brownies

Rich, chocolatey, and packed with protein—these brownies taste like dessert but fuel your body!

I've been using Flavcity protein powder lately and it tastes so good! These protein brownies are the perfect way to satisfy your chocolate cravings while getting a solid protein boost.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/3 cup natural almond butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Flavcity!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and almond butter until smooth.

  3. Add cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.

  7. Let cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.

đź’ Encouragement

Watching Andy lead his summit and seeing Charlie build with his magnatiles reminded me that growth happens in different ways—sometimes it's big achievements, sometimes it's small daily progress. Both are worth celebrating.
