Morning walks, lightsabers & a fresh summer menu ✨🍉
Hey friends,
We’ve been slowly making our way through Star Wars this month—just Andy and me, after Charlie’s in bed. It’s been fun watching Andy relive one of his childhood favorites. He and Charlie have also been having lightsaber battles with their plastic sabers, which has basically turned our living room into a mini Jedi training center. 😂 Its honestly pretty cute.
We are just enjoying the summer. soaking up morning walks and taking afternoon naps. We are looking forward to it cooling down a little bit thought!

🍓 Quick Summer Snack:
Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites
Spread your favorite dairy or non-dairy yogurt into a mini muffin tin, drop in a mix of fresh berries (like blueberries, raspberries, and chopped strawberries), and freeze until solid. Pop them out and store in a freezer bag for a cool, creamy snack that toddlers and adults both love.
Time-Saving Tip:
🧊 Double your protein! Grill or cook extra meat one night and repurpose it later in the week (like leftover BBQ chicken for sandwiches or wraps). One cooking session = two meals!
