Charlie and I water the flowers together often, and sometimes—if it's the end of the night—I let him take complete control of the hose. And you can guess what that means: he usually gets me a little wet, but I don't get too soaked because I run away! At first it's "oops!" but then it quickly turns into him not-so-accidentally spraying me while squealing with joy. His little grin when I start running away (half screeching) is absolutely priceless. He gets drenched, shoes and all, and laughs until his belly hurts. It's messy, but these are the moments I tuck away and treasure. 🌼💦
